Hi there. I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York City. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, in English and Spanish, offering both virtual and in-person sessions at my Manhattan office. I am licensed in New York, New Jersey, Vermont, and Florida.

Therapy with me is interactive and collaborative, adapting to what you need from week to week, while keeping sight of what you came in to work on. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based approaches; with couples and families, I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

My subspecialties include health psychology, sexuality and intimacy, and gender-affirming care for gender diverse youth and adults.
